4 nights (5 days) of Keto Camping Food

Because we want happy campers, here are 4 nights’ worth of happy keto camping food! Not a ton of work to do ahead of time, and not a ton of work to do at the campsite. We can do this! Enjoy sleeping under the stars keto families! ๐ŸŒ 

Here I show you how we cook and assemble the meals at the campground:

One of the good things about camping is that you only have the food you brought with you – easy to stay keto, paleo, GAPS, etc! Just avoid the neighboring campsite that offers you smores… Maybe offer to show them how to grill a fish instead?

We’re packing for camping, so I’m showing you what we pack and how we make meals out of it here ๐Ÿ™‚

GAPS or paleo? Just add fruit!

Gluten-Free? Add fruit and maybe pre-cooked potatoes, rice, or gluten-free pancake mix ๐Ÿ™‚
