Breakfast: Usually I do a combination of granola and a bar of some kind.
Lunch: I’m trying something different this time and taking peanut butter (but no tortillas this time!) and a healthy mix of plantain chips, sunflower seeds and dried pineapples.
Snacks: Candy bars and Beef jerky
Dinners: Mountain House meals Chicken and Dumplings, Chicken Fried Rice and Beef Stroganoff (my favorite!)
