Backpacking Food Basics: My Favorite No-Cook Lunch Idea

As an ultralight backpacking dietitian, I’m often asked for no-cook lunch ideas. In this short video from the Trans Catalina Trail, I share one of my favorite lunch options that’s quick and easy to make at home and on trail, provides loads of nutrition, and is inexpensive to prepare.
